A luminous blush sky hovers above a richly layered garden of rose, burgundy, cream and fresh green. Fine splashes and delicate looping marks scatter across the surface, gradually giving way to a deep, velvety lower field.
Rose Afterglow captures the warmth that lingers after the light begins to fade and the final glow of a garden at dusk. Romantic and atmospheric, the painting balances a sense of abundance with the quiet openness that defines the GeoFlora series.
This original abstract painting was created intuitively through layers of poured and applied acrylic paint. Its accumulating marks evoke petals, stems and roots woven together within an imagined landscape.
