Processing Time

• Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

• Canada & United States: Free shipping is offered on all orders.

• International Orders: A flat-rate shipping fee applies. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Canada & U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on location.

• International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, but most orders arrive within 10–20 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.

Oversized Artwork

• Artworks larger than 48 inches will be removed from their stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a protective tube.

• This method ensures safe delivery and reduces shipping costs. The artwork can then be re-stretched or framed upon arrival.

Packaging & Care

• All artworks are shipped in protective, secure packaging designed to prevent damage.

• Smaller works are shipped ready to hang, while oversized pieces (as noted above) are rolled and shipped in a tube.
