At Lisa Carney Art, my goal is for you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Each artwork is created with care, and I want you to feel confident when adding a piece to your collection.
Returns

I gladly accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact me at info@lisacarneyart.com within 10 days of delivery. I will provide instructions within 24 hours.

The artwork must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the piece you want is to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired artwork.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom orders and commissioned paintings are made especially for you. For this reason, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As with standard returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
