Cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed. All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in USD and CAD and may change without notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import tariffs, brokerage or processing fees.
Free shipping, where offered, covers transportation costs only. It does not include customs duties, import tariffs, taxes, brokerage or processing fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and payment information, including valid credit card or payment details.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Canada and United States: Free shipping is offered on all orders. Free shipping covers transportation costs only.
- International orders: A flat-rate shipping fee applies. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
International orders, including orders shipped to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage or processing fees. Unless specifically collected at checkout, these charges are separate from shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient.
Certain original artworks originating in Canada may be subject to additional U.S. import tariffs. Any applicable tariff is not included in the listed artwork price or in free shipping.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser when the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

All artwork, images, text, branding, and other content on this site are the property of Lisa Carney and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – CUSTOM & COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
Custom commissions are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Lisa Carney Art is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Lisa Carney, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us.
