Dreaming of You has a soft, suspended feeling, like a landscape remembered rather than seen directly. The colours drift gently into one another, with delicate marks and open space creating a sense of distance and tenderness. I wanted this piece to feel calm and a little wistful, like a quiet thought that stays with you.
